This website is for informational purposes. You may browse, share, and reference content for personal, non-commercial use. Content from this site may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission from Fixed Point Systems.

Development Requests & Plan Scope

Website subscription plans (Core, Dynamic, Full-Stack) split ongoing work into two kinds. Content edits (text changes, image swaps, updating hours or prices, adding a staff bio, swapping a PDF) are unlimited on every plan, with no monthly cap. Development requests (a new page section, a form field with validation, a layout change, a new integration, a bug fix) count against your plan’s monthly allowance and per-request size limit, both listed on the pricing page.

A request that exceeds your plan’s per-request size limit is scoped and billed as a separate flat-fee project, or requires upgrading to a plan with a higher limit, rather than being completed within your existing subscription. For example: adding a new section to an existing page is a development request; rebuilding your booking flow from scratch is a separate project, regardless of which plan you’re on.

Unused development requests do not roll over to the following month. Requests beyond your monthly allowance can be purchased individually at the rate listed on the pricing page. None of the above applies to emergencies, such as your site being down, checkout broken, or a form failing to deliver submissions, which are fixed immediately on any plan and never count against your request cap or queue.

Everything on this website, including copy, design, graphics, and images, belongs to Fixed Point Systems unless otherwise noted. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or license to you.
