Every plan is a single flat monthly rate, not an hourly bill or a per-project quote. There are three tiers, Core, Dynamic, and Full-Stack, scoped by what your site actually needs to do: a static brochure site, one with forms and a content editor, or one with custom backend logic, payments, or booking. Every plan has a 12-month minimum term, then continues month-to-month. When you cancel after that, you get a static export of your site — the HTML, CSS, and images, ready to host anywhere. On Full-Stack, I’ll also help migrate your database and hand over the backend code if you start that within 30 days of cancelling; database data not migrated within that window is deleted. A typical agency charges a large project fee, routes you through a project manager instead of whoever’s actually building your site, and treats the relationship as over once the site ships. This is a flat monthly subscription, for up to 80% less than a typical agency retainer, with no middleman: requests go straight to the developer building your site, and it keeps getting revised and improved for as long as you’re subscribed instead of being abandoned at launch.

If you just need more pages than your tier includes, that’s a flat per-page add-on, no upgrade required. But features that belong to a higher tier, like custom backend logic, payments, or a database, aren’t available as one-off add-ons on a lower tier. You’d need to move up to the tier that includes them.

Content edits (text changes, image swaps, updating hours or prices, swapping a PDF) are unlimited on every tier, no cap, ever. Development requests (a new page section, a form field, a layout change, a bug fix, wiring up an integration) count against your tier’s monthly allowance (2 on Core, 4 on Dynamic, 6 on Full-Stack). A request bigger than your tier’s per-request size limit, like rebuilding your booking flow, gets scoped as its own flat-fee project instead of eating your whole month at once. Unused requests don’t roll over, but extra requests beyond your cap can always be purchased individually. It depends on the tier. Core sites typically get a first draft in 3–5 business days, Dynamic sites (forms, integrations, a content editor) take about 1–2 weeks, and Full-Stack builds with custom backend work, payments, or booking logic usually run 3–6 weeks depending on scope. After the first draft ships, ongoing requests turn around in as little as 1–5 business days depending on your tier’s queue priority.
